Static's Dress

A little teaser/reference for a valentine drawing. It's involves Static which I got from Emptyproxy 

I think this is the first time I uploaded a drawing of her, so that's why the tag.

Made her a little dress that I think is cute that fits with her techno clothing style. It's not her usual outfit though.
